Discourse: Call for Papers

Date: Mar 09, 2012

Phi Sigma Tau at The University of Scranton is calling for short philosophical essays and creative pieces for consideration in our annual journal.

Submissions may be in any creative style provided they do not exceed 2,500 words (about 7 pages double spaced) in length. Submissions longer than 2,500 words will be DISCARDED. However, if you have a longer paper that you would like to have considered for publication, we encourage you to submit the essay to our annual paper contest. The top papers from this year’s contest will be included in the next issue of the journal.

Please submit your paper via e-mail to Mary Rafter at rafterm1@scranton.edu by 12pm on March 9. The e-mail should include the author’s identification (name, phone number, and address) and the title of the submission. Any identifiable information of the author should NOT appear on the paper itself in order to ensure anonymous review.
